We should look at that too, now let us start from class 10th, our journey of becoming a doctor starts in class 11th and 12th, we have to take biology, physics, chemistry along with them or some biotechnology students are also eligible for NEET UG exam, so the first step, the first exam that you have to clear is going  To be NEET UG, some people clear it with class 12th itself, some even have to drop 1 year, 2 years or even 3 years in this exam, then you will have counseling, in the counseling you will be given a counseling which will last for two-three months on the basis of your marks, on the basis of that you will be allotted a college, finally your MBBS starts around August which is a journey of 52 years, in these 52 years you study for 45 years in which you have to pay the fees yourself, there are four years in 42 years, first year, second year, third year, final year, in the first year there is Anat Physiology Biochemistry, in the second year we have Pathology, Microbiology and Pharmacology, in the third year there is Community Medicine, Forensic Medicine, ENT  in the final year there is Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology and Pediatrics, all these subjects are there, so please stop asking MBBS people what are you a doctor of, because in MBBS we are studying all the subjects.

Salary :

Okay, after that as soon as your 42 years are over, then your one year internship starts. In this one year internship, you are given money, you get a stipend, which means now you do not need to pay any more fees. You are done with your college life. Now you are a doctor. I am sitting on this point right now. My internship stipend is 32 K per month. It is in the range of 18000 to 40000 in different colleges. MBBS can be done in two ways. From government college to private college, private college costs up to 1 crore for the entire MBBS and in government colleges, very less money is spent in these 45 years. Like my fee every year was 9000. So it depends on you. Now as soon as our MBBS is over, internship is compulsory. First of all, you start getting money from here but this amount is not that much right now. So as soon as you finish MBBS, you have two options. Either you can work as a medical officer.

Work Structure :

General  Practitioner in which salary is around 70000 to 1 lakh, otherwise you have to clear another exam which is termed as NEET post graduation and  NEET PG exam, in this also usually there is a drop because internship has such long hours that you do not get time to study, for example. There was a break of 12 hours in between, then again a duty of 24 hours  in between you can hardly sleep for three to four hours, so internship is so hectic, in some colleges it is less, so it is possible that you get time for preparation there, then counseling starts, after counseling now you can go in two directions, you can go in three directions, in fact one we have non-clinical subjects, that is, you people will go into teaching, for example is ANAT, ANAT is not such a subject in which you will cure a patient, right, so in ANAT also a professor is needed, isn't it, Biochemistry  There is a need for professors in MD as well, so these subjects are termed as non- clinical subjects and if you go for non-clinical subjects, then you become a professor. Apart from that, there are clinical subjects where maximum people prefer to go, MD or MS. As many as you might have heard, pediatrics, ortho, dermatology, radiology, all these come under MD, surgery, gynaecology, all these come under MS and both these courses are 3 years long.

When you are doing this course, in the first year, you are called Junior Resident One, in the second year, Junior Resident Two, in the third year, Junior Resident Three. Here also, you are doing a sort of study, but if you are a doctor, then you want to be paid that much, but the stipend ranges from 40,000 to around 90,000 in different colleges. When your MD is about to finish, you have your exams and after that, finally, you get the degree. Okay, now the question is, this is cardiologist.  You have not written here how to become a cardio surgeon, you have not written how to become a neurosurgeon, so for that you will have to go on a longer journey, you have heard that small word cardiologist, but 52 years of MBBS NEET UG, 55 years of MBBS NEET PG, then MD or MS, after that you will have to do another 3 years degree, so we now have two options, as soon as our MD or MS, whichever I have to do, is over, now my salary, if I start practicing, is around 5 lakhs to 2 lakhs and it increases with experience, maximum branches, whatever they are, these are end branches, after these there is no further degree in them, but General Medicine and General Surgery are not end branches and some more super specialization has come inside Pediatrics, so here you will be called a specialist, but there is super specialization in these two branches which is of separate 3 years, so now you will have to clear the third exam which is NEET SS NEET Super Specialization, so MD Medicine you  If you have done general medicine, MS surgery, then now you want to become a cardio surgeon, neurosurgeon and so on, then for that you will have to do 3 years of MCH. You want to become a cardiologist, neurologist, gastroenterologist, then you will have to do 3 years of DM, so NEET UG, 55 years of MBBS, NEET PG, 3 years of super specialization, then NEET SS and then 3 years of super specialization, so now pediatrics has also come, we have some super specialization, so these things run with us, after this the initial salary is 3-4 lakhs, which can go to if you are opening your own hospital, then all those things are with us, the end branches like gynaecology, radiology, dermatology, after these people do fellowship, that is, they go and work under some big doctors, they learn things from there and how to use better equipment, how to use new techniques, even after completing this degree, people go to other hospitals and do fellowships.

R&D Opportunities :

You do fellowship from there. Okay, so if you see, if someone tells you that a young super specialist has come to the hospital today, then assume that he is at least 31-32 years old, then he has completed his degree. Okay, but again the same thing happens. Many people say that it will take 15 years to become a doctor. That was your choice. You could have stopped even after doing MBBS. When the salary here is almost 70000 to 1 lakh, you should settle down with this much. You don't do PG. Then, if you want to upgrade your life further, you want to earn more. You want to learn more things. Then you will have to do NEET PG. Then you will have to invest more years. The salary will be 1.5-2 lakhs. You think that no, I don't want to learn other things. You do fellowship, you do super specialization. It is not that everyone has to study the same amount. It is your own choice of life. How far do you want to learn? You are going salary wise. So where do you want to reach?  If you want then it depends on each one's M. But again some general people are seeing here who say that he went to a super specialist or to a doctor for 15 minutes, 5 minutes, two lines on a slip of paper and he was charged Rs. 1000, that Rs. 1000 which he has taken for writing that one line, he has lost his youth, nothing is left in life, he has lost his literal youth, it is 15 years of hard work only then he could become capable of writing those two lines, otherwise you can try writing it, okay then don't take tension that this feed is very long, it will be too much, there is a lot of studies, actually there are a lot of duty hours but time gets passed with friends, he is having fun, we will also do it, similarly if you don't do it now, suppose you are doing some preparation right now, I always say that if you want to prepare then do it properly, do it with all your heart, otherwise don't do it, it's a simple thing brother, otherwise you will not prepare now.  You will have to do BSc for about a year. If you had done MBBS, you would have known that you would become a doctor. At least you have security in your life that friend, I will open a hospital even in the mountains. It will be fine, I will earn something. I will not die of hunger. But here you will have to do BSc. Then you have to clear some exams. You have to do MSc. Then some people go to clear some government exams. Some people go for PhDs. That too is for 5 years. There you have to clear some government exams. Here also the same steps are there. Why is the competition increasing in NEET? Because here there is an exam that is NEET UG. As soon as you clear UG, in short you can see the security of your life. So that is why you have to prepare. Do it with all your heart. Otherwise, let it go. There is no place for medicine here. You should be top notch. Or else, let it be. Why are you wasting your time? Why are you wasting your energy? If you have to prepare for the exam again, then if you have to, then put your heart completely in Bio.  I have launched the course, for those who don't know, I will tell you again, I will make you finish the complete syllabus four times, all that is explained in another video, I will put that link in the description of this video, let me tell you roughly, from 1st June to around October-November 15, we will finish the entire syllabus, there will be five classes of one hour each in a week, just for one hour, after that you have to do it yourself inside the class, you will memorize 90% of the things, later you will be left with nothing to do, as many extra points as I think you can get in NEET, and I will teach you every single word of the entire NCERT by making you sit in front of me, we will start around the end of November or December, in 45 days we will finish the entire syllabus again, then we will finish it again in March-April, the more you revise, the more study material, tests, monthly tests, everything will be with you, along with Biology, there will also be doubt teachers of Physics and Chemistry.
